Once designs are agreed, I start building and share a live link from day one. You can review progress, leave notes and sign off deliverables as we go — no waiting until the end to see what you're getting, and no surprises on delivery.
03 / Test & iterate
As the build progresses we test on real devices, review with fresh eyes and refine as needed. Making sure it works properly for your customers and your team is as important as how it looks — both have to be right before anything goes live.
04 / Launch & analyse
We publish, migrate to your hosting (or I set one up if you need it), and once you're live I don't just walk away. I track performance against the goals we agreed at the start, so we know exactly what's working and what to adjust.

Full transparency is key to any successful project. Websites come as fixed packages so you know exactly where you stand. Calculators and bespoke systems vary too much for a flat price, so those start "from" — and I'll give you a firm quote after a quick chat.

Usually, yes — email, payments, calendars, spreadsheets and many other services can be integrated. Tell me what you use and I'll confirm what's possible.

Yes. I'll source and licence images so you don't need a photographer, and I'm happy to write your copy too if you'd like.
I'll usually host it, buy your domain, set up emails and SSL — you don't need to lift a finger. I cover hosting and the domain for the first year, then invoice once a year (around £180) for renewal.
I offer maintenance and support packages from 1 to 10 hours a month — we'll find one that fits.
Yes — full SEO is included in the Gold and Platinum website packages, and in all three CRM / system bundles. The Silver package includes the technical foundations (clean code, fast loading, correct structure) so you're not starting from zero. SEO is an ongoing commitment, but I'll always set you up on the right foot from day one.
Yes. Websites can be split into two — a 30% deposit once we've agreed terms, then 70% on completion. Larger system builds are staged across agreed milestones.
Yes — AI can be built directly into calculators, quote engines, CRM systems and websites. Smart recommendations, natural language inputs, automated decision logic and intelligent lead routing are all possible. I build AI where it genuinely adds value, not just for show.
Yes — all three CRM / system packages (Starter, Professional and Enterprise) include a bespoke website as part of the build. The website, the system and any calculators or tools are designed together from the start, so everything shares the same design language and data model. You don't need to buy a website separately.
